Terms of Service
These terms apply when you visit or buy from 1337 Threadz Vault. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
1337 Threadz Vault sells custom printed apparel and related items. Orders are fulfilled through our print partner, Printify, and their print providers.
Made-to-order products
Every item is printed after you order it. We do not keep stock. Once production starts, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before you pay. You are responsible for the product price, shipping, taxes, and any fees charged at checkout. Payment must be completed before we send the order to production.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Production and delivery times depend on the print provider and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or an incomplete or incorrect address.
Your information
You must give a complete and accurate shipping address, email, and order details. If a package is delayed, returned, or lost because of an error in the information you provided, we may charge extra to reprint or reship it.
Returns and refunds
Because items are custom printed, we do not accept returns for the wrong size, wrong color, or a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If the problem is a print or manufacturing error, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
Lost packages
If a package is confirmed lost and the shipping address was correct, we will replace it after the normal wait period for lost shipments.
Intellectual property
All logos, names, designs, and content on this site belong to 1337 Threadz Vault unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, resell, or use them without our written permission.
Product appearance
Colors, mockups, and photos are for display. Actual print color and fabric shade can vary slightly from what you see on a screen.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 1337 Threadz Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this site when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
