Custom products
All items are printed after you order them through our print partner, Printify, and their print providers. We do not keep inventory. Once production starts, an order cannot be changed or canceled except as required by law.

No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee delivery dates, print color match to your screen, or that an item will meet a personal expectation of size or style. Product photos and mockups are examples only.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 1337 Threadz Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Fraud and misuse
We may refuse, cancel, or hold any order that appears fraudulent, abusive, or placed with false information. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may be disputed. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payment and shipping details.

Intellectual property
Our name, logo, designs, photos, and site content belong to 1337 Threadz Vault unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, sell, or use them without written permission. We also do not authorize anyone to use this site to sell stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorized goods.

Third parties
Printify, print providers, payment processors, and shipping carriers are separate companies. We are not responsible for their systems, delays, or errors beyond what our policies allow.

Privacy
Information you give us is used to process orders and contact you about those orders. We do not sell your personal information.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Knox County, Indiana, unless the law requires otherwise.
