Return & Refund Policy  

All items from 1337 Threadz Vault are custom printed after you order them. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, wrong color, or a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. If the problem is a manufacturing or print error, we will replace the item or issue a refund. You do not need to send the damaged item back.

We cannot replace or refund an order just because the size or color was ordered by mistake.

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we may offer a partial refund or a reprint at an extra charge.

If a package is confirmed lost and the shipping address was correct, we will replace it after the normal wait period for lost shipments.
